2012 Training Camp Roster Filling Out
The Power have been working diligently this off-season constructing a team to battle for the 2012 ArenaBowl Championship. The Power retained their pivotal players from the 2011 campaign and have signed over a dozen game changing players, including notable AFL veterans, “up and coming” talents, and rookie free agents. Coach Chris Siegfried and his staff targeted players with explosive big play ability in all phases of the game with an eye towards building on the team’s 2011 trademark of being able to adapt to both defensive battles and offensive shootouts with equal effectiveness and success. The Power also built on its strengths, including adding to their impressive receiving corps, a group that stands to blossom with the additions of a former MVP quarterback Kyle Rowley and rising star Bill Stull.
Defensively the Power bolstered its squad with several key additions, perhaps the most important of which was the signing of defensive coordinator Derek Stingley. With only a few additional roster positions to be filled, the Power lineup is nearly set for the 2012 season. Check out who’ll be attending pre-season camp!
